Niş İnşaat is a company founded in January 2022 and headquartered in Başakşehir, built around the principles of trust, quality and innovation in Türkiye’s construction sector. Brought to life by Abdülmecit Karagöz, Mahmoud Sevilam and Ömer Öztürk with the aim of bringing new color and momentum to the construction industry, our company has charted a fast and determined growth path since its founding.
In 2022, we entered the sector on solid foundations, focusing on R&D and land development. That same year, we built a strategic portfolio by completing land deals worth TL 30 million in Istanbul’s prime locations.
With 2023, we began our first construction activity with our Ümraniye project, reinforcing our presence in the sector with tangible projects. In 2024, we reached a total business volume of TL 250 million, with TL 50 million in land and TL 200 million in project investment.
As we entered 2025, we accelerated our growth by signing 3 separate project agreements in Istanbul, Kocaeli and Yalova. The total value of these projects exceeds TL 600 million, demonstrating our company’s strength in the sector.
